Shine So Bright is pet friendly, as we accept you as our cleaning family, we also accept your pets as our family as well. we offer products that are pet friendly that can be sensitive to your pet senses.

Additional cleaning services are always available. Upon your free walkthrough we will discuss all of your immediate needs and cleaning request as well as all of your needs that you have always wanted. Shine So Bright gives you a full walkthrough of your home, we listen to your request as well as your questions, and always provide suggestions to help fulfill your cleaning dream. Upon your initial quote we can also add your additional options that was discussed at your walkthrough, this quote option will be within the additional field. this will allow you to review your additional requested options for future cleaning.

You may also add or request additional services 48 hours prior to your cleaning date.

We understand the changes of life and day to day adjustments. Shine So Bright is willing to work with you, and commutation is the key as we are your cleaning family. we ask for you to cancel or reschedule your services 24 hours in advance, this will allow us to contact your cleaning help and advise them of the change in schedule. with no additional fees applied. for any reason that you may have a same day cleaning cancelation, please notify us as soon as possible.

for any reason a cancelation was not communicated, and we have arrived without notice, a $25 fee will be applied to your next scheduled cleaning.

As our cleaning family, Shine So Bright are open to all of your cleaning needs, we provide services that best suits you, your family, your working family or environment. we provide Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, our Bi-monthly services. Shine So Bright is a cleaning service, however we will be more than happy to provide you with daily cleaning services as well.
